PUAF's primary means of communication is via a monthly newsletter, distributed by email. This contains articles on issues of current concern together with copies of submissions made by PUAF and PUAF members to regulatory and government consultations. Members receive a copy automatically, together with agendas and minutes of all PUAF meetings. The newsletter is also available to subscribers who wish to be informed about PUAF activities and about the issues affecting low-income and disadvantaged utility consumers. Organisations which are ineligible for membership or for which membership is impractical are invited to subscribe.
